Reminder about changes to common elements

Common elements, including the exterior of a home, cannot be changed in any way without obtaining prior approval from the Board. Requests to change common elements or the exterior of homes are to be made in writing to the Board of Directors with specifications and drawings. Please email board@quailrun.org if you wish request approval to make changes to common elements.


If changes are made by a unit owner that do not conform to this rule, the unit owner will be asked to correct the problem. The owner may also incur a fine in accordance with the Quail Run HOA fining policy. If the owner fails to make the correction(s) within 90 days, the Board of Directors will have the corrections made and the owner will be assessed for the costs.
