About Quail Run HOA

Quail Run Homeowners Association, Inc. (Quail Run HOA) is a Homeowners Association chartered in 1978 under Texas law.

The Quail Run HOA is the governing and administrative body for the Quail Run Condominiums. The HOA is responsible for the protection, preservation, upkeep, maintenance, and administration of the Quail Run Condominiums. All members and individuals who use or occupy an Ownership Unit in the Quail Run Condominiums are subject to its bylaws.

The Association is led by a Board of Directors approved by a majority vote of members. The Board consists of seven Directors who serve for a term of two years. Directors must be a Member of the Association or the spouse of a member. Learn more about the Board of Directors here.

As of September 1, 2023, the Association is managed by ATX Association Management. Owners and residents can communicate with ATX Association Management through their individualized AppFolio account, or by contacting ATX Association Management's Director, Zephyr Mettee at zephyr@atxhoa.com
