About Quail Run HOA

Quail Run Homeowners Association, Inc. (Quail Run HOA) is a Homeowners Association chartered in 1978 under Texas law.

The Quail Run HOA is the governing and administrative body for the Quail Run Condominiums. The HOA is responsible for the protection, preservation, upkeep, maintenance, and administration of the Quail Run Condominiums. All members and individuals who use or occupy an Ownership Unit in the Quail Run Condominiums are subject to its bylaws.

The Association is led by a Board of Directors approved by a majority vote of members. The Board consists of seven Directors who serve for a term of two years. Directors must be a Member of the Association or the spouse of a member. Learn more about the Board of Directors here.

The Association is managed by RealManage, an HOA management company. RealManage is responsible for various aspects of property management, including but not limited to:

  • proactively handling questions, requests, and complaints;

  • communicating with members about violations;

  • overseeing maintenance and management of common areas;

  • handling after-hours emergency calls;

  • providing accounting and financial services to the HOA; and

  • managing vendors.

A basic set of governing documents dictate how the Quail Run Condominium Association may be governed. These governing documents contain the rules, regulations, and other contractual terms that members are bound by. Many of the governing documents are linked on the Documents & Resources page.
