Our property management company, ATX Association Management uses a software called AppFolio to streamline payments and certain management functions. AppFolio has the following tools:

• View your Association Calendar – Stay current on the important happenings in your community.

• Request architectural reviews – Get approval on changes to your home.

• Review shared documents – Easily pull up the information you need.

• Make payments – Avoid late fees by setting up automatic payments.

• Submit maintenance requests – Quickly file requests and track their status.

• Access from any device – Stay connected with the Online Portal mobile app.

Fees are due at the beginning of each month. They are late on the 15th. While we prefer all payments be made through AppFolio, you can mail a paper check, payable to Quail Run HOA, to the following address:

There is no need for coupon books and paper invoices. Just be sure to include your address and the owner's last name in the memo line unless it is already on the check.

Just like most common area maintenance issues, our management company is the best source of action. Use your AppFolio account to request maintenance or contact Zephyr Mettee at zephyr@atxhoa.com.

A homeowner association's governing documents are recorded legal documents that govern the overall structure of a community association and establish obligations and responsibilities of its members and elected Board of Directors. Many Quail Run HOA governing documents can be found under the Documents & Resources page.

At the time of closing on your home, your title company provides copies of your governing documents along with other closing documents.

You may also access a copy of the Quail Run HOA's governing documents via the Documents & Resources page of this website and through your AppFolio account.

Yes, anyone in our community is welcome at all of our Board Meetings. An open Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Quail Run Condos Community, Inc. is held at 6:30 PM CT on the third Wednesday of each month. All residents are welcome to attend and speak during the open forum. The information to participate in the meeting is in the Community Calendar.

We elect new board members at our annual meeting each year. Please check the events calendar for details on the next annual meeting. If you are interested in serving as a board, please email board@quailrun.org
