Regular Meetings

Regular Meetings of the Board of Directors are typically held virtually the third Wednesday of the month at 8:00pm CT over Zoom. All Board meetings are open to owners and residents. The meeting agenda and link are posted on the News & Announcements Page and the Community Calendar the Thursday before the meeting. Members are welcome to address the Board regarding an agenda topic at the beginning of each Board meeting. All agendas and minutes are available for review.

Serving on the Board

The Quail Run HOA is led by a Board of Directors approved by a majority vote of members. The Board consists of seven Directors who serve for a term of two years. Directors must be a member of the Association or the spouse of a member. Please review the Quail Run HOA Bylaws for more information on the Documents & Resources page.
