We are pleased to announce that after a competitive bidding process we selected ATX Association Management as our new property manager. They became the Association's fulltime manager as of September 1, 2023. We ask for patience as we work on this transition from RealManage to ATX Association Management.

You should have received an AppFolio invitation. Please sign up and use it to pay your monthly dues, submit maintenance requests, and view the association calendar. There's even an app for your phone.
There is no need for coupon books and paper invoices; the new system allows you to log in 24/7 and view your account and make payments. If you prefer to mail a paper check, or have your bank send a check, be sure to include your address and the owner's last name in the memo line unless it is already on the check. No late fees will be assessed for the first two months of this transition. We recognize it takes time to switch things over.
