I (we) the owner(s) of the above-referenced property located at Quail Run Condominium in Austin, Texas do hereby constitute and appoint the following person, with full power of substitution, as my proxy for the purpose of reaching a quorum and for voting at the Annual Meeting of the Quail Run Homeowners Association to be held on February 23, 2023.
If no name is placed in the above blank, my (our) proxy will be considered given to whoever is acting as the association president at the time of the meeting at which the proxy is used. If I (we) present myself (ourselves) in person at said meeting, then this proxy is rendered null and void.
